Kolafabriken started in 1993 with some second-hand machinery from a caramel maker in Gränna, Sweden. They started by coming up with their own recipes for both traditional and uniquely Scandinavian toffee flavors. Today they distribute to countries around the world from their factory in Bräkne-Hoby, Sweden.

Flavors include Glogg, Gingerbread, Butterscotch, Chocolate, and Raspberry Mint.
