Copper is believed to be the first metal that humans discovered over 10,000 years ago. It is one of the healthiest and cleanest materials to use in the kitchen as it undergoes minimal processing and has natural antibacterial properties. Apart from its striking look, copper allows for an even distribution of heat throughout the pot or pan, making it very responsive to changes in temperature and allowing for more fine tuned cooking.
