Alexander

Alexander was first published in 1964 and has become a much-loved children’s book, brought back into print for new generations. It’s a funny bedtime story about Chris and his imaginary red horse with green stripes. As Chris tells his father about Alexander’s bad day, the horse gets blamed for refusing breakfast, spilling milk, and causing trouble around the house. Their conversation takes a sweet, amusing turn at the end.
