The Rivers Bend captures a winding river through green fields, tracing a path as it moves through the land. Trees gather in layered stands along the banks, with low hills beyond, and the light carries the softness of an overcast day beginning to open.

About the Artist: Trijsten Leach grew up in the Santa Cruz mountains of California, where time spent in the forests and along the ocean shaped his early sense of observation and place. He later studied art at Brigham Young University Hawaii, surrounded by the landscapes that continue to influence his work. He has earned recognition in plein air competitions across the West, along with a number of solo exhibitions.
