Beautiful clothbound hardcover editions of some of our favorite children's classics. Reading classics as a teenager was hugely influential for me and I loved them. If your children are not yet old enough to delve into these on their own, these are some great selections to read aloud. Engage them in a story that is longer and more meaningful. It may take weeks or months to finish, but there is something rewarding about investing the time. My mother would read aloud longer classic chapter books to us on road trips. It is a favorite memory, how we would all huddle together, leaning forward, listening to the soothing sounds of my mother's voice. How many of these classics have you read?
