In vertical format, the figure of Jesus Christ stands in light tones over a dark background. All shapes are geometric and flat in resemblance to the works of the Gothic period or stained glass. The image is frontal and reminds a little of Emilio Pettoruti’s harlequin paintings. One hand shows his palm and the other holds the container of "living water" or rippling water, according to the symbolism used by the Olmec culture in their sacred imagery. They also used the shape of the container but inverted to represent the clouds or the jaguar’s jaws spilling heavenly rain.
